Last fall, Easy Day Sports brought the pickleball craze to life by installing two professional courts for a pop-up corporate event at Resort in Palos Verdes—and it was a smashing success!

Around The World Paddle presented by SEAL Family Foundation
Challenge: Plan and Design a paddle around Coronado Island that simulates the renowned paddle around Coronado Island that all SEAL Candidates complete during Hell Week with their boat crew.
Operations Staffing and Event Execution: Managed all operational components, timelines, permitting, venue and race course design, event staffing, and set-up; coordinated with the SEAL Family Foundation.
Result: Created a 13.1-mile Inflatable Boat IBS Division and 3-mile paddle route that promoted the SEAL Family Foundation while helping provide direct support to the Naval Special Warfare (NSW) families on a local, national, and global scale!
Around the World Paddle Classic
Margaritaville Run Series
Challenge: Plan and Design 5 unique 5K at Margaritaville Resorts across the country
Operations Staffing and Event Execution: Managed all operational components, timelines, permitting, venue and race course design, event staffing and set-up; coordinated with both with the national Margaritaville brand, as well as with each local Margaritaville Resort
Result: Promoted the Margaritaville brand while simultaneously connecting with local runners and beneficiaries in Nashville, Orlando, Pensacola, Houston, and Palm Springs – tour was a success!
Run With Hart
Challenge: Plan and Design 5K pop-up runs with celebrity Kevin Hart
Operations Staffing and Event Execution: Managed all operational components, timelines, permitting, venue and race course design, event staffing, and set-up; coordinated with Nike agency OBE on celebrity involvement and security constraints
Result: In under 40 days, oversaw 5 of 12 major tour markets – Dallas, Kansas City, Houston, Philadelphia and Los Angeles for 5K runs with 1,500-3,000 runners – Tour was major success with over 12M media impressions
NFL Kickoff Run
Challenge: Produce run for fans of the reigning Super Bowl Champs, Seattle Seahawks.
Special Event General Management: Oversee permits, course design, staffing, and all financials. Coordinated with NFL, Seahawks, and key stadium personnel.
Result: Over 4,000 Seahawks fans finishing a 5K on the 50-yard line on Labor Day.
Nike’s Women Half Marathon
Challenge: Implement a runner transportation plan for the nation’s largest women’s race- 30,000+ participants.
Operations staffing and execution: route planning, capacity and line queuing calculations, motor coach contracting, driver manuals, city ordinance compliance, event staffing, delivery of robust manual to Nike Agency (OBE).
Result: Pre-race, 2500 friends and family were transported to on-course cheer zones; Post-race, nearly 20,000 runners were transported to downtown San Francisco hotels via 100 50-passenger motor coaches.
